it’s been one year now, i think i’m going to dye it in blue or pink because it’s so cute
Anonymous said: [1of 2 I guess] So I'm a generally hairy girl with high testosterone levels and I decided to stop shaving my arm pits because it makes me feel comfortable and cute but everyone in my house is appalled by it and refuse to let me wear tank tops, dresses without sleeves etc. outside of the house because they are embarrassed of me.
[2of 2] and they’ve all mentioned that “there’s a difference between feminism and being unhygenic.” And it’s very belittling to me. I’ve explained to then hundreds of times before that this is what makes me feel good and no one understands and they’ve made the one thing that makes me feel confident and comfortable and just took it away from me and made it into something negotiate and it actually really hurts and I’m not so sure what to do. I just kinda need good advice
There is nothing unhygenic about body hair. Not using soap for a month would be more detrimental to your hygiene than having body hair.
Express how you feel. Those in your household need to embrace you for who you are as you have embraced yourself. Wear whatever makes YOU happy. You do not need the approval of others to live authentically. You are beautiful.
